My MeetingOne audio profile is gone or disabled.

If you audio profile shows as "disabled" please follow the following steps to "enable" your audio profile.

  1. Log-in to http://enetlearning.adobeconnect.com with you Adobe Connect username & password.
  2. Next click on "My Profile" that will be at the top right of the screen.
  3. Next in the middle of the screen click "My Audio Profiles"
    • Here the screen is basically split into two sides (left and right)
  4. On the left you should see your MeetingOne audio profile click on it - this will highlight the line.
  5. After the line is highlighted click "Edit" on the top right side.
  6. Now you should be able to alter the information on the right - where it says "disabled" for the audio profile you will be able to drop down the menu and pick "enable"
  7. Once "enable" is picked you can click "Save" on the top right again.
    • If you don't click save the changes will not occur.
