Is there a way in Adobe Connect to accept all guests attempting to join a Webinar?

To allow all those attempting to enter your Webinar instant access into the presentation you must change an option within the backend of Adobe Connect.  To do this go to the Adobe Connect webpage where you as a host started the Webinar.

  • While in this location open the link EDIT INFORMATION (figure 1)

  • Within the next page (figure 2) within the ACCESS area check/choose the options, "Anyone who has the URL for te Meeting can enter the room"  -> this will allow all that have the URL and enter as a guest to have instant access to your Adobe Connect room.
